I have just received the call from Johars confirming completion of our purchase of 122 ##### Rd.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a big Thank you to you both for all your work and assistance to us in buying our first home.

Thank you Michelle for chasing up the paperwork on this sale and Gareth for your friendly informative advice regarding our policies and mortgage.  This was really refreshing to see compared to the aggressive advice we were receiving from the Bank.

I am sure we will be dealing with Gareth in the future regarding our policies and we will be sending the Trust forms back to Michelle as soon as possible.
